What is a Nano Cap?
Think of the absolute bottom of the stock market barrel. These are companies so small that their total market value is usually between ₹50 and ₹100 crore. You won't find them in the main NSE or BSE indices; they mostly trade on SME platforms or rarely see trading volume. A single bulk order can double the price, but you may struggle to sell when you actually want to exit. Unless you have insider knowledge or want to gamble with money you don't mind losing, stay completely away from this space.
