/GDP Full Form
The full form of GDP is Gross Domestic Product.
It is the final scorecard for the country's economy over a year. You add up the total value of all goods and services produced inside the country, whether it is a car manufactured in Gujarat or a software service sold from Bangalore. When the GDP growth number goes up, it generally means businesses are making more money and people have more jobs. Stock market investors keep a close eye on this to guess which sectors are about to see a boom.
